I recently shopped online and put two full-price items and three sale items in my cart. There was a 25% off code for a three-day sale, but it didn’t apply to the full-price stuff. I wasn’t expecting extra discounts on the sale items. Tried using two other 20% off codes, but they also didn’t work on the full-price things. I removed the full-price items since I know I’ll get the discount in-store. Store associates always get it right, which is super helpful. Ended up buying the on-sale shampoo-conditioners online. Free delivery was a nice touch!

I tried ordering a product I like from Planet Beauty for the first time. I got a good discount and the website was easy to use. Note that treatments (meds) are not part of the annual or monthly price - those come with extra cost. Even though they're not included, they are quite cheap, and they ship straight to your home. I think they might even match prices if you find a med/treatment cheaper elsewhere. You can also get pet insurance AND include up to 5 pets (cats/dogs only) without an extra fee for adding more pets!

Disappointing experience with this company. Placed an order on January 20th, and as of February 8th, it hasn't arrived, possibly lost by USPS. Customer service is unresponsive - phone calls go unanswered, emails receive little to no response. Seeking a refund or replacement, but the lack of communication is frustrating. Unlikely to consider ordering from them again.

Here’s my first order from Planet Beauty. The ordering was simple and I liked that. Now I’m curious about the delivery time and how the package will look when it arrives. I’m looking forward to being part of Planet Beauty and think I’ll buy more in the future. The prices seem fair and not too high compared to other stores I’ve used before.

So, they said you'd get a free gift with every app purchase. But guess what? The link for that was broken. And then there's this 20% off deal if you sign up, but they conveniently forgot to mention the conditions attached to it. What's up with that? And to top it off, their prices aren't really any better than what you'd find elsewhere.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this. My first time shopping at Planet Beauty and it won't be my last. Everything I got was great, no damage, all in perfect shape. The goodie bag was my favorite, loved everything in it, especially that lip stain, it's amazing!! Thanks a lot, I'll definitely be back.

Signing up for a new account due to recent changes was an inconvenience. The confirmation email, however, included my password with my name, a concerning privacy lapse. Despite using the "eye view" when typing it, having the password displayed on the receipt was unexpected and raises security concerns.

Everywhere I looked, the product I wanted was priced around $140-$170. Surprisingly, they had it on discount for $70, and on top of that, I got an additional 20% off. It's Christmas time, and if I can save a little here to spend more elsewhere, I'm all about it.
