They use a subscribshun portal link-via-email system to manage your acount, which usually works well. Tonight was the first time it didn't send me a login link, and it said to contackt customer service. I emaled them asking if someone could help me place a new order and not TWO MINUTES later my order had been placed. Literally the fastest customer servise I've ever experienced!
