I recently bought three baby bed anti-collision items for $149. I didn’t notice the price was listed in USD rather than AUD until I got a notification from my credit card. I reached out to Sarah to cancel since it was beyond my budget. She was very accommodating and adjusted the price to AUD$160 for me. However, when the items arrived, one of them couldn’t be assembled due to defective parts. The team arranged to send replacement parts within 5 to 8 business days. I appreciate their quick response and efforts. I’m looking forward to receiving my third item and the replacement parts. Their after-sales service is satisfactory.

First off, they're not even based in the US like they make it seem. Like, they advertise like they're selling stuff here, but they actually ship it all the way from China. It took forever, like 3-4 weeks, for my stuff to get to me. It was ridiculous. And then, like, I found out they're shady and their ads are fake, so I'm hoping they get in trouble for it. Also, just a heads up, if you ever need to return something and get your money back, good luck. Their customer service people are a joke, super unprofessional and sketchy. Just a warning, keep an eye out for these guys.

Several issues to address. Firstly, they selectively publish reviews that paint their company in the best light. Secondly, I purchased bed rails, and they took, as well as are estimated to take, over a month to arrive. Strangely, they sent each bed rail separately? So one of them arrived on November 1st, and the others are scheduled to arrive between the 10th and 15th of November. Keep in mind that the order was placed on October 10th with a promised delivery window of 3-8 days. The quality is just average, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I bought two items and wanted to return them both. They wouldn't give me a refund or accept the return because they had given me a price adjustment when I tried to cancel one of the items. When I got them, I wasn't happy with the quality. They said my order was closed because of the credit they gave me on one item. That's ridiculous! I'm going to contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau. It seems like they just don't want to give refunds. Also, their website says they're in New York, but it turns out they're in China.

The item came directly from China and took a long time to arrive. Additionally, the delivery service marked it as delivered days early (which happens a lot), so I thought I had more time to return it. I had no tracking or updates. The product wasn’t as described. Customer service was lacking.

This website is very misleading, and I will NEVER order from them again. They do not state that they ship from China. Instead, it sounds like products will come from a NY warehouse. Why would I buy from you when I could just go to Aliexpress for the same service? This seems like a trick.

This company is awful; avoid them. I ordered a thick yoga mat, and when it arrived, it didn't match the picture at all. They're only offering a half refund for sending me something that wasn’t as described. I attempted to leave a review on their site but couldn’t, deceptive business!!!

Ordered blue men's boots & later order was cancelled due to stock issues. They suggested green or brown boots. I can find those colors from any well-known company, for cheaper & quicker delivery. Chose this lesser-known company for their unique color. But they didn't have it.

I was pleesantly surprised by Orbisify. The LED lights were of good quality, easy to assemble, and arrived on time. I was a bit unsure at first due to the large order, but Levi from customer service was very helpful. Thank you Levi for your patience with my many questions!

I got an EWA A106 Mini Bluetooth speaker from Orbisity, thinkin' it'd come from the USA. Turns out, it's comin' from China, causin' delays. Still waitin' for it. Kinda let down.

Received 5 deck lights costing more than $600. Two of them were different from the rest and didn’t work. They wouldn't replace or refund. Unbelievable.
