Effective but slow on some devices
I use MadMuscles while traveling since it needs little space. On some devices, though, the videos take ages to load, and workouts drag out. The exercises are effective, just the flow could be smoother. Overall a good app with minor tech flaws.

Not bad, but not for everyone
Madmuscles is clear and practical. I liked the workouts, but honestly I didn’t feel big changes in energy or weight. I think it depends on the person — for some it will be great, for me just average.

Fails somewhere, but with an eye on the future
The workouts are great, and I really enjoy them, but the customer service could use some improvement. A quicker response time and more helpful support would make the experience even better

Helpful, but could be more engaging
Madmuscles is easy to use and the support team answered my question quickly. I just wish there was a bit more community interaction or gamification to keep me coming back more often.

Works, but not exciting
I see how MadMuscles could help — the workouts are simple, and the food plan makes sense. For me it felt a bit boring after a while. It’s okay, just didn’t click.

MadMuscles definitely works if you follow it, but for me it felt a bit boring after some weeks. It’s practical, but I like more variety and fun in workouts.

Impressive concept, but needs work
There are several bugs that need fixing before I can recommend it. The features are great, but smoother performance is needed.

The workout plans are good
The workout plans are good, but the food advice feels basic. Making custom meal plans would help this app be special.

ACHTUNG: Test-Abo rechtzeitig kündigen
Vorab: Ich bin selbst Schuld! ABER: Kundenorientierung oder Kulanz sind hier nicht vorhanden. Wie so viele andere auch, über eine Probeabo (ca. 10 Euro) gestartet, vergessen zu kündigen, zwei Monate vollen Preis gezahlt (ca. 50 Euro p.m.), nachweislich Programm nur 1x genutzt, unmittelbar nach Abbuchung für den kommenden Monat, nach Kulanz gefragt, Abo per sofort zu kündigen und den kommenden Monat wieder zu erstatten. Leider keine Chance. Für mich keine Kundenorientierung / keine Kulanz (ich weiß der Fehler liegt bei mir) - geht für mich Richtung Abo-Falle. FAZIT: regulärer Preis (rund 50 Euro) zu teuer für das Programm, Kundenorientierung/Kulanz gleich Null, Abo-Falle, wenn man es nur als Test-Abo nutzen möchte unbedingt an die Kündigung denken. Für mich nicht empfehlenswert!

A SCAM!! DON'T TOUCH
It's an appalling app with shocking customer service. Firstly they added extra charges on within minutes of signing up. I emailed them to cancel my account. They confirmed it had been. They then continue to now charge me and refuse to give a refund based on their refund policy. Its shocking how they have refused to listen to my circumstances and so stressful dealing with this in a time where money is low and they haven't listened to my situation at all, yet continue to take the money out of my account. I have now informed my bank and they are going to support with the issue. I was going to return to this app but after this experience I will NEVER use them again. People must read their 1 star reviews before signing up and research online about them.

Betrug - Finger weg
Es werden unerlaubt Kosten abgebucht, für ein nicht erworbenes Modul. Diese Kosten will man nicht erstatten. Es wird hin und her rumgeeiert. Unbedingt die Finger von dieser Firma lassen. Abzocke mit fiesen Methoden schon bei der Anmeldung. Es werden Preise vorgegaukelt die später so nicht abgerechnet werden. Anmeldung intransparent. Wie auch andere Nutzer werde ich nach Frist von einer Woche Anzeige erstatten und den Fall meinem Anwalt vorlegen.

The site automatically assigned a “coach” without my consent and failed to clearly disclose that the service was a subscription. Despite multiple attempts to request a refund, the merchant repeatedly avoided addressing the issue. Instead, they offered various alternatives solely to retain the payment and ultimately refused to issue a refund.

Achtung - Kostenfalle!!
Extrem schlechte App für ziemlich hohen Preis. Ich hab's ausprobiert und bin total unzufrieden mit der Darstellung. Außerdem gibt es keinen Ton. Das können andere billiger und besser. 12 Emails mit dem Kundesupport hin und her geschrieben und keine Einsicht. das nenne ich wirklich ***!

Upcharge SCAM! BEWARE!
I was immediately upcharged $49 for a meal plan and coaching that I did not want. SIX (!) attempts to correct this have generated bogus AI responses from the company with no action. Unbelievable. Oversees company,,,, READ THE REVIEWS! This seems to be a common practice....

Wees verstandig en nooit deelnemen aan deze scam. Ze zijn alleeen geineresserd in je geld. Wordt echt misselijk van dit soort bedrijven. Ik hoop ook echt dat ze mijn geld terugstorten want ik ga elke dag door totdat ze mijn geld terugstorten. Shame on you!!!!

Ich bin mit der ganzen App unzufrieden gewesen. Mannusd sich durch mehrere Ebenen klicken und man kommt irgendwie nicht auf die gewünschte Seite.

Bei Stornierung, Geld nicht zurück
Eigentlich kann ich alles schlecht bewerten. Vom Support, über die App, bis zur Stornierung. Daher kann ich auf keinen Fall Madmuscel empfehlen.

No Refund
I tried it. It didn't work for me so I cancelled on the day of renewal and they charged me and wouldn't refund.
