The app is so amazing! It's easy to use and has lots of cool features. You can track your fast and diet, plus it helps with fitness and feeling good overall. You can connect it to your phone's health app, find yummy recipes, see how you're feeling, and even get better at meditating. It's like having lots of apps in one! It's probably all you need for staying healthy and happy!

So I did the 7 day trial. I was unable to even get into the app because apparently my email wasn’t valid… well. I then contacted lasta support immediately. On 04/29/24 I sent them multiple emails stating that I wanted everything cancelled and I do not want to be charged. They finally responded on 05/01/24 confirming email “Please be informed that the auto-prolongation option has been disabled for your existing orders and you will not be billed in the future.” email from lasta!! So now on 05/12/24 I realize there is another 50$ charge to my account…. To say the least I am absolutely NOT happy. And if this doesn’t get resolved I’m going to be even more pissed. Do not use this bs app… I want to say it’s a scam. If I could rate them ZERO I would’ve!

This app is really good! I enjoy its features, especially calorie countin and fasting tracker. It keeps me motivated an I can understand what's better to eat and when.

I wanted to cancel my membership. I did not expect it to be common knowledge stuff that I could get anywhere for free.I wrote them and asked to be canceld and not to be billed because I no longer use this service as of 4/20/2024 and never will. I got the service for 1 month paid and it is not what I expected. As per the information that was advertised I could Cancel my membership at any time and not have auto renewel. I also asked to be sent verification that the service is canceled. I did get a response asking g if I wanted a discount t to continue. I replied again no and to please cancel. I have wrote them several times and still not canceled!!! I'm gonna cancel my payment method. Which I also informed them in writing.

There are many workout options for all body types! You can also learn more about your body and living healthier.

I totolly love this app! It's so complet! It got all da tools to make dis a sucsessful jurny! I strugled to loose wate for years. Dis has been a diffrent rout but da most sucsessful one too! I coudn't do it without Lasta!

Havin an issue with my app loggin me out nd not lettin me back in.... contacted LASTA customer service nd Kate Brown worked with me on a daily basis continuin to check back with me nd givin me step by step instructions on how to remedy my issue. Was nice to know someone had my back nd cared abut my issues.

The Lasta app is super easy to use and packed with more options than I thought it would be. I really like the way the app guides me on beginning to fast and offers tips for getting it right. Plus, I'm happy it's got exercises, meal plans, and true-info articles to keep my spirits up. Finding new and thrilling workouts in the app was a pleasant surprise, especially since I usually rely on YouTube for my exercise fix and these were fresh and different. Navigating the app is a piece of cake and it all just feels upbeat. All in all, this app feels welcoming and keeps me involved. It's like having a support team for my health goals.

Lasta has really surprised me and been super helpful in helping me manage my health. Being able to track my mood with my meals gives me a better understanding of my well-being. I've tested a bunch of health apps before, but none have been as good as Lasta.

So, I got this bill from Lasta on my credit card for their app, but I never even use it. Couldn't figure out how to stop them from charging me automatically. Chris Townley said they canceled it, but I'll only be sure in June if they really did stop charging me.

I got the app mainly for the chair yoga workout, but it turned out to offer a lot more. I also use it to keep tabs on my intermittent fasting, meals, and water intake. It provides helpful tips, videos, and documentation too. Big thanks to Mike, Greta, and the entire support team for always helping out and responding to my questions promptly.

If I could rate them zero, I definitely would. This company feels like a scam. I tried their free trial and canceled it as soon as I realized the app wasn't what I was looking for. I used their cancel subscription option in the app, so I was shocked to find a charge on my account. I wasn't even using the app, and yet, there it was - a $160 charge! I was about to cancel my debit card, thinking it was a scam, only to discover it was this app. I reached out to them, and someone named KATE BROWN responded. Initially, they said I didn't qualify for a refund, then they offered a 50% refund, and suddenly, it became a 70% refund. It's all so confusing! I didn't agree to a partial refund because I don't even partially use this app. 🤷🏽‍♀️ This feels like plain theft, and it makes me wonder why they ask for your banking details upfront. It's like they're robbing people. 😡

Total scam alert! Steer clear and don't sign up. They'll snatch up all your personal info, and what you get in return is generic, useless information. They dangle the promise of a 100% money-back guarantee if it's not for you, but don't be fooled. I made the mistake of signing up for a 7-day trial, and it was my bad for not catching the super tiny, gray small print that sneaks in there, mentioning that the payment will skyrocket from £7 to a whopping £103. I've requested an urgent unsubscribe.
