I even received emails from VP Ricardo Mendoza offering to remove a negative review, but after explaining the situation, all communication has ceased. It seems this company may be involved in fraudulent activities, and I strongly advise against using their services.

Purchased a shirt from this company. Turned out to be a complete fake. Tried to return it through their process, but no reply from them. Contacted my credit card company, told them about the missing labels and hologram, as well as the absence of a batch ID. They reversed the charge and gave Jersey Loco 40 days to reply. Surprise, surprise, no response from them within the given time frame.

I didn’t check the reviews before I placed my order and quickly found out that the items were replicas. With many reviews mentioning problems with refunds, I chose to wait it out. My son’s kit arrived in just under 2 weeks, and I must say the quality was quite good and I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order again.

The company doesn't text back on e-mails or answers calls for a few months already. I can't get any refund. SCAM, don't order anything from them.

If you wanna add your own touch to a football shirt, this shop is good. They let you put your name or fav player's name on the back. The printing is good and looks cool. It's a good way to support your team or player. I've done it a few times and it always turns out good.

Beware… They offer jerseys, but they are clearly fake, and if there's a problem with your order (like if it gets lost or you receive the wrong item, as happened to me), there is absolutely NO RESPONSE. You’re LEFT hanging. Not worth your time.

This is a scam company. I got a custom shirt and the name started peeling off after the first (very careful) wash. Unsurprisingly, my emails were just ignored. I sent so many emails, plus messenger messages for a refund. Completely garbage.

All prices are in USD but not clearly stated, I paid over $90AUD for a custom jersey, and the names and number have come off after just 4 months, making my son sad. The quality is below standard for what you pay. Save your money!

Terrible doesn’t even begin to cover it. I bought 3 sets and got nothing. The phone is always unanswered and the email replies are terrible. I requested to cancel my order because of the delay, but my money was never refunded.
