Bubble Skincare

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I have written 2 emails, sent text messages, and tried to call about where my order is at. I can go in the "Shop" app and track it, and all it says is "Order placed." Now the money is already taken out of my bank account for 3 weeks now, and I have no package or anything. I'm very displeased with this situation and will never order from you guys again. Please find my order and get it delivered. It is making me feel like this whole thing is a scam.

I recently got a substantial order of products and have had around a month to put them to the test. At this point, I can confidently express my positive sentiments towards all of Bubble's products. Each item I've experimented with has significantly benefited my skin. The products are notably gentle, ensuring that my skin barrier remains intact without any risk of harm. I have a particular fondness for the moisturizers, as they effectively hydrate my skin without causing any breakouts.

My daughter is into this brand, but... Getting the stuff delivered is a hit or miss, and the website is a real mess. Sometimes, you can log in using the shop app, but don't count on doing it again easily. The link they sent to manage my subscription was useless, and when I tried fixing it on their site, it froze my browser. Tried it on both my phone and laptop. What chaos. The products for young skin are good, though.

My daughter is nearly 12 and always said her old moisturizer made her skin peel and feel uncomfortable. So, I had her save her pocket money and bought her a bubble moisturizer and sunscreen. Both are great, and she loves the push lid on the moisturizer that turns into a cute flower!

Poor service. Orders are extremely late, and it is impossible to contact them when needed. I am dissatisfied, but I'm glad I haven't chosen the monthly subscription service. Never again...
