I placed a $70 order on Jan. 20, 2024, with guaranteed fast delivery and one-day processing. Disappointingly, my order hasn't shipped even after a month. The order tracker indicates no progress, and this delay raises concerns about the legitimacy of the service.

Terrible. Utterly terrible. The refund policy is a complete joke. Despite providing proof of the returned product through a postal receipt 18 days ago, there's still no sign of a refund. Absolutely abysmal. They're dishonest, thieving, and their product smells like a public toilet.

My time with Cupid Cologne was great. Because of high Xmas demand, I didn't get my full order. After letting them know, they apologized and promptly responded. No delay, I got the rest of my order. It was easy with fast delivery. I liked this Cologne a lot, so I told family and friends. And my girlfriend loves it too. So yes, that's true. You should give it a try today too.

Nobody really mentioned the scent or said anything about it. I got more remarks when I used patchouli spray. Not terrible, but the smell fades away quickly. I was let down as it didn't do what the ads claimed. It's not cheap either, so I'm going back to patchouli spray that lasts the whole day.

Terrible company!! I requested a refund for my order, and they assured me of a full refund, but it's been nearly 3 weeks, and I've received nothing. All I get are emails saying they're "working on it." Complete scam. Avoid doing business with Cupid.

The smell is weak, unless someone is up close (very) close, it will go unoticed! Id also make a point to not buy it from the cupid site! I paid 126.00$ for two 1.7oz bottles and considering how much you need to use at one time means it goes fast!!

Ordered 2 bottles, never arrived. Refund denied, even with PayPal involvement. Managed to get a refund for one bottle, but the system blocked escalation for the second. A regrettable experience, avoid ordering from them.

It does NOT attract women , it does not make them want to meet ,greet , talk to you or anything else . Wasted money .

The advertisements seem geared towards a younger crowd, which grabs attention right away. My son and I enjoy the scent, but his sister and mom aren't as keen. We're still figuring out the right amount to use; maybe I went a bit overboard compared to just a spray on the ears, wrists, and neck. Customer service is good. The company supports their product as promised. One of my 3 bottles arrived broken, but they replaced it quickly. I also bought extra pheromone, but I'm unsure how to add it. My son got some small mini spray bottles that attach easily for fast refills. It might be helpful to offer these as an option. The cap is removable, and I think instructions on adding the extra pheromones would be useful. Overall, we enjoy the fragrance and will keep using Cupid.

WARNING! ⚠️ it is all lies. Even if you do get the cologne and you like it, you’re lucky for that. Smell to stay on you for more than two hours tops. Trying to return it was absolute hell and then by the time that they did finally give me the return process, which is supposed to be “easy” it turns out that I have to pay over $20 and shipping and now they’re saying there may be other shipping and handling cost. So basically it’s gonna cost me anywhere from $20-$40 just to “ try “ the product. It’s not a good product. I wish that I had read comments and seen that before. I wasted so much time and energy and especially money on this.

I like the product a lot. BUT the checkout process is hard to navigate. WAY too easy to accidentally add stuff to the order. And from a business view, the bad reviews that could come from that would be more harmful then the extra item itself. I would like to have a simple reorder option and not have to go through a complicated payment process. Also, not showing the final invoice feels misleading.

Product came quickly with tracking details. The perfume has a nice scent, and I use it as instructed. It appears to last quite a while. However, I haven't heard any comments or compliments from others after using it for 3 days. I usually notice scents on others and say something positive, not negative. I’m open to using it longer since it smells nice. A bit let down, to be honest.

I'd rate the fragrance a 10 for its scent, but a 3 for how well it attracts women and how long it lasts. Despite working around attractive women all day, no one has noticed or mentioned the cologne. I apply it twice daily, right when I arrive at work. I'm not the most handsome guy, but I think I look decent. That's just my honest opinion.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this smells. A lot of colognes in stores don't do much for me. So I thought I'd try this out and was quite happy when it arrived.
