I discovered the Quotex platform about 5 months ago, and its trading tools seem similar to those on other platforms. I used the basic trading skills I had, and I managed to make some money, which I was able to withdraw.

I reached out to support but couldn’t find anyone to help, so I kept trading until the withdrawal finally went through, but by then I lost the rest of my money. The weird part is the withdrawal request didn’t show up for more than 3 months. I caught them! Lately, I felt bad for Alaa Fixed Pro, whose account and money got locked on the platform. This shows that this platform uses bad ways to keep our cash, really poor platform.

When I contacted support for help, they asked me to provide a bank statement from the time of the withdrawal. I submitted the statement, but after reviewing it, they said the payment was sent and they don't know where it is. When I requested a payment slip or any details about my specific transaction, they told me they couldn't provide any further information. Overall, Quotex seems to be dishonest with withdrawals. Be careful before depositing your hard earned money.

Beware of their attempts to trick you with their charming and convincing speech. Regarding transaction management, they are a complete nightmare. They have not only failed to restore my initial investment, but they also won't give you my hard-earned gains. I was personally duped by them, but thanks to L O U D O U I N / C O M careful tracking, I was able to recover my money and profit, and they returned my access to my banking to me in a matter of days.
