It can be a bit tricky to communicate smoothly with Ms. Thea through it, and changing a class schedule feels more complicated than it should be. Also, getting a proper invoice would be super helpful. But despite these issues, my son’s enthusiasm makes it all worth it. If the platform could match Ms. Thea’s brilliance, it’d be perfect!

The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the platform. It needs some fixing, in my view. I wish it was easier to talk to the teacher. Also, changing a class time permanently isn’t clear. Having a proper invoice would be helpful too.
