I utilized a VA loan to make an offer on a property at 611 O'Fallon Rd NW, Huntsville, AL 35811, which was advertised with numerous "new" features including floors, roof, bathrooms, paint, kitchen, and windows. However, upon paying $1,000 earnest money and $400 for a home inspection, significant issues were uncovered, particularly with the foundation and roof, which was reportedly over 20 years old according to the inspector. These issues rendered the property ineligible for VA approval, indicating false advertising and potentially fraudulent behavior. It appears that the listing agent, Kelsey Zwack Pizzato, and Robert Simons, along with the seller, were aware of these problems but failed to disclose them, leading to a frustrating and deceptive experience for potential buyers like myself. Additionally, there are allegations of previous unethical behavior involving Kelsey Zwack Pizzato, suggesting a pattern of dishonesty and scamming. Despite reaching out to various authorities and Keller Williams corporate for assistance, I have encountered further disrespect and threats of legal action from Robert Simons, which only exacerbates the situation. Overall, my interactions with Keller Williams Realty have been marred by distrust and suspicion, highlighting the need for greater accountability and transparency within the real estate industry.

I’m searching for a rental and set up two saved searches. I’ve also reviewed the results and hid the ones that don’t fit my needs. However, every time I return to my saved searches, all my hidden properties are visible again. It happens every single time. This really makes Zillow ineffective for my search purposes.

This company's website is really not good; it keeps freezing all the time. They should get some new engineers or something because it's just plain awful and impossible to use.

Zillow ain't good. They got my home details wrong, messin' up the sale. Me and my realtor reached out but they don't respond. Don't trust 'em for home stuff.
