I am eatin' breakfast at Waffle House on Hope Mills Rd in Hope Mills, NC. My breakfast was great! Three were at least 11 people behind the counter working and everything flowed smoothly! This crew was very coordinated. I marveled at how graciously everything flowed during what would have been considered kayous at many other restaurants! My server was, Rhi!

Waffle House 2219 was real clean, best we've been to! We've eaten at lots of Waffle Houses in different places, this one was the cleanest! Deserves some credit!

Brandy & Wendy are consistently nice, quick, and provide great service. We passed several Waffle Houses to reach 11201 Ironbridge Rd Chester, Virginia. Moreover, the food and coffee were really good.

Having worked at Waffle House in the past, it's quite different now. In the old days, talking back to a customer was a big no-no. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. The staff freely uses profanity with customers, chatting on their phones while on the floor, and even smoking weed in the back room. It's disheartening to see Waffle House turn into a less family-friendly place and take on a bit of a rough atmosphere.

Regrettably, my second attempt at this establishment did not improve my perception, and I am compelled to declare that there won't be a third visit. On both occasions, I found myself sitting in a booth, desperately awaiting service, only to be ignored by two waitresses at the counter's end. Despite their clear view, they made no effort to assist. It wasn't until a waitress emerged from the back, as I was leaving, that any acknowledgment occurred. Not only was I not asked if assistance was needed, but the inquiry focused solely on my departure. The evident lack of initiative and attentiveness from the staff left a lasting negative impression.
