The supposedly great deal didn't cover carry-on bags, a crucial detail conveniently omitted. Caution is advised; consider alternatives to avoid unpleasant surprises.

The company reached out to me the day before my trip to confirm everything was in order for check-in and my flight. They assisted with my check-in and provided my boarding passes. The service was great, and I felt well taken care of. I will definitely choose this service again for my future travels. Reliable, polite, and supportive.

The only bright spot was Joseph, the customer service rep, who did his best to help me after my discount flight was canceled. I had confirmed my flight via email, but they said it was just for reference. It felt like a trick to charge me more. Joseph was courteous and professional, but it’s a pity he’s with such a poor company.

Travoport is a scam business. They tricked me into a cheap flight, then marked it up an additional $500 for a carry-on bag. They said the charge was nonrefundable and I would not get my money back. I immediately called my cc company and they told me that they wouldn't allow the charge to go through.

Disappointing experience with Travoport. After booking a $375 flight, got a call claiming the rate vanished and was urged to upgrade to the main cabin for $528. Manager Ashley Martin refused to assist, insisting on the pricey option. Feels like a questionable practice by Travoport, not recommended.

Cheapflights shouldn't be doing business with them. A scam from beginning to end. Avoid them like the plague. I bought my last minute ticket from Delta for $100 less than the inflated offer they made after jerking me around for a while.
