I got some Flutto™ Walnut Slat Flexible Tambour Wood Panels for my kitchen. Wood looks great, quality's good. Missed one piece, got wrong one in second order. Emailed, got right one fast with return label. Shipping was quick too. Overall, good experience.

WVH Smoked Oak Panels is AWESOM product! It made my kitchen island look SO COOL! The client, fam, and neighbors all LOVE it! Plus, it's cheap.

Ordering was a breeze. Product arrived punctual and in perfect condition. Really good quality. It looks beautiful wrapped around our kitchen island. We're excited to try a different style as a feature wall or other accent.

The company's stuff came in perfect condition, packed good, it seems and feels like high quality materials. Only problem is I thought the grey wood have a wood grain look but it was just solid grey, but still very nice looking.

I tried the Flutto Flexible Tambour Wood Panel and it was good. It was wrapped well and seems to be of good quality. I ordered more for contractors my company works with. As an architect, I like to recommend good products to clients. They have other types of tambour that I might try in the future.

I bought the slat panels for my headboard wall. They were easy for my handyman to install quickly. They made my wall look fancy. So, I put them up in our office at work. Everybody really likes them. I'd say they're good for anywhere.

The product and customer service are really good. I got my order within a week. Out of six boxes I ordered, four arrived. Two of those were damaged, but the plastic edges protected the contents. I think WVH shouldn't be blamed for shipping damage, so I give them five stars. They're sending a new box quickly. Their service is great.

I tried a different brand before because they had more color choices. But I like this company's WVH material better. It's lighter and cuts easier. The other brand had a problem with black particles spreading all over the room while I was working. I had to wear a dust mask because of it. Probably because of what they use in their composite material (not the fiber backing).

The panels we received had issues - bubbling in the finish by April 2023. While they replaced two panels, a year later, two more exhibited bubbling. Jamie, the US rep, declined a refund. The wood finish doesn't justify the cost; consider alternatives without plastic wrapping.

This is a young company that hasn't quite grasped the concept of customer service. My initial experience with them will also be my last.

Despite a few dented panels, we couldn't wait for replacements, and the end result is a fantastic-looking wall!
