My visit to Soluna Beach Club in Dubai was marketed as a cutting-edge experience, featuring robotic drink service and 3D movies. However, it devolved into a sales pitch for holiday packages with ongoing fees. We were misled and left feeling deceived. The stark disparity between the promised experience and the reality was disappointing and a waste of our time. Such misleading marketing tactics detract from the credibility of the establishment and leave customers feeling exploited.

My experience with The First Group has been a nightmare. After paying in full for an apartment at Yasmin Village and signing the Sales and Purchase agreement, they disappeared with my funds. This blatant theft tarnishes not only their reputation but also damages the UAE Government's standing internationally. It's imperative for action to be taken swiftly to rectify this situation.

Avoid at all costs. Don't bother investing your time or money in Dubai. They're nothing but scammers.

we were in a mall and some guys were standing advertising a property investment plan and we found the idea very ideal a hotel room that will be in world record quiness as the tallest one. We have been introdused to so called "First Group Properties", we were ready to invest by going back in 3 months after a lot of thoughts. Thank god we did not do it that day.... We also prepaid a hotel package with 10 attraction passes for a family of 4 for 7 days. They re-assure us that contacting them 2 weeks before arrival would be ok to reserve the hotel. I contacted instead 2 months before so i could prebuy the tickets, but 2 of ther emploees do not answer their phone calls just the first time to say "yes hi i ll call you back", which they never did, we send them emails never replied, i am calling to the company no one in answering and there is no one to contact with. Is this the way they are constructing their buildings??By "shopping unsuspected tourists" to prepay some kind of unrealistic vocations? I am so sorry but they have ruined anything nice i had to say about this country and its safetyness. Please do not trust them. Better go with the EMARR company. They reply instant in phone calls, emails or any request. They lost an investor also the reputation they had. Shame...

Giving this company a big thumbs down. Total letdown! I feel like I got duped. Bought their holiday package for $1500, thinking I'd get a sweet deal with Wyhdam hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12. But nope, hit with an extra £108.59 at the hotel, despite being told by their rep Lahcene that it was all covered. Spent an hour waiting, only to be told I had to pay up for a better room. And the promised attractions? Don't even get me started. Supposed to get tickets for 2X each attraction, but reality check – only got what felt like leftovers. 2X Dubai Mall Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, 4 X Burj Khalifa, and just a smattering of the rest. Lahcene got all huffy because I wasn't thrilled about the extra charge and didn't want to be part of their other stuff. Can't trust these guys – stay far away from investing in their hotels. Total scam artists.

I have worked with this company for some time, and they seem to stick to their ways. They moved their London base to Dubai, thinking they could escape accountability. They tricked people out of money and pressured many for payments. They suggested buying properties to quickly sell them off to cover original costs. However, it soon became clear that selling off properties was now illegal in Dubai, leaving many with mounting debts. If you are involved with this group, I strongly advise stopping all contact and distancing yourself, as they are dangerious!

The team from the driver to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant were just great. Rooms are clean and cozy. Service is quick, friendly, and given with courtesy and respect. Ms. Inna Inanova stands out and deserves a thumbs up with a 5-star rating for her unique way of handling business and family bonding. The amazing places we saw in Dubai and the memories we made were because of her kind suggestions. If we come back as a family, it will be because of her and her team. She is a true asset to The First Group.

The support I received from Samah was very good, and Mr. Waleed, her manager, also provided useful assistance. However, the company could improve its coordination between departments after a client buys a property. It would be better if an owner had a single point of contact for their needs, with the Portfolio Manager sharing the owner’s details with all relevant departments. This was not well managed until Mr. Waleed stepped in.

My experience with a committed team member named LOBNA BIN MOHAMMED has always been quite good and useful. She listens carefully and patiently whenever we talk. She takes the time to clarify things so you can understand. Most importantly, she answers you politely and respectfully, guiding you through the process. It’s been a pleasant experience, and I hope the company maintains this standard.

I was worried because I live in West Africa and some projects abroad have turned out to be frauds. I was hesitant to invest with First Group but I not only joined one project but now on a second, especially after meeting Nicole. She isn't only good at helping me with the finances but also handling the trust part which is an integral part of marketing / business dev.

Since I began working with TFG, I have encountered several skilled and professional staff members, but Ms. Lobna Mohammed stands out. She is attentive and straightforward, always ready to address my issues. Beyond that, she has a personal touch, often showing appreciation on special occasions and maintaining a respectful attitude that is truly valued.

The First Group is the first company to introduce my wife and I to offshore property investment. The installment payment offered us at that time was the most effective way we could afford the property, and subsequently another property. The company has a team of professional client managers who guide and advise on best cause of action by clients.

I have been staying at the first collection waterfront for over two weeks now and plan to stay until Oct 25. It has been nice working with everyone I encountered. A big thanks to Yousra, who took care of all my reservations and bookings quickly. She was very cooperativ and kind.

My experience so far has been really good. The services from your staff are really excellent. They go out of their way to help. For example, when I send an inquiry to Inna, she definitely makes sure that she responds.

I wanted to thank Mrs. Doaa Elzawawy for her support at The First Group during my stay at the TRYP By Wyndham hotel in Dubai. I truly value the help and care provided while I was at your respected establishment.

The place is quite pleasant and secluded. I received clear explanations, which I appreciated. Currently not ready to purchase. In the future, if we gather enough money...
