I got the wrong drive line. I called they told me to keep the wrong drive line which fit the front of my Ranger. They refunded the money. Sent me new one charge me for the drive line and shipping. Tough to beat that!!! Customer service was great to help me.

The customer service remains acceptable, but the clutch's condition disappointed. Improper assembly and corrosion on the moving sheave led to seizure. Moreover, a stripped cover retaining screw added to the issues. As a repair shop owner, I urgently needed the ATV part for a customer, leaving me with no option but to fix it myself. While I've generally had positive experiences with your products, this recent purchase has made me hesitant about future orders.

I ordered a replacement blade spindle, and it not only arrived ahead of schedule but also fit perfectly. The only minor adjustment I made was replacing the grease zerk fitting with a 45-degree metric one for easier maintenance. After several passes mowing my front driveway, the performance was flawless.
