I did that, to no response for over a week with numerous messages as for guidance. I requested a new Dr who told me something completely different than the first Dr. Who am I to believe??? This app is a mess. It is unclear what you are getting the prescriber page doesn’t match the client page; it is very hard to Ouse (they say it is sooo east - not accurate). You have to engage with Zendesk support and that doesn’t help very quickly. Spent way too much time. Go to a face to face doctor - will be less aggravation.

I truly like the face cream! Before, I used an estrogen facial moisturizer from others, but myalloy's is the best. All have the estrodial, but myalloy has a nice formulation. The texture is great with no weird stickiness...it absorbs well and wears under makeup and sunscreen very well. It helps with moisture, suppleness, and plumpness in the skin. My skin barrier is healthy and it brings a glow to the skin. It's an elegant formulation that's affordable. Thank you!

Signed up. Filled out all the forms and gave them my money. Didn’t hear back and instead of making a real effort after I brought this to their attention I get a refund and a half hearted apology. Not real effort to make it right. Give them a wide pass. I know good docs are hard to come by but find a good doc. Avoid these jokers.

Afta yeers of strugling wif a bunch of ishus dat ma GP gave me a bunch of difrent tings to do to alleveate, I was mor xhausted, mor depresed, mor anxious dan eva - mainli coz I wasn’t bein treated for da real ishu which was menopause an da reduction of hormones. Thankfully a friend suggestd I try hormone replacement therapy an dat led me to Alloy. It was easy to fill out, meds were sent quickly, Dr Frazier provided detailed support an has been quick to anser questions. I’ve been on da therapy two weeks an it feels like a light switch was turned on. All ma issues are now at manageable levels. I would totaly recomend. Only drawback is dat they don’t take insurance. But it was worth it.

I had a pretty smooth start with this company, getting my medication without any hitches at first. But things went south when I needed to adjust my dosage. The doctor kept messing up my treatment plan, first giving me way less estrogen and no progesterone. Customer service couldn’t fix it either. After more back and forth, I finally got the right meds but ended up being charged twice! The estrogen came in two shipments, but that didn’t justify the extra cost. I felt totally ignored when I questioned the double charge, and there’s no phone number to call, just endless emails. It’s not even about the money anymore, it’s about the principle. Definitely looking elsewhere next time.

I highly recommend Alloy! After turning 46 last year, I began facing some alarming and unpleasant symptoms. I've been using Estriol Cream on my face for just over two weeks, and it's seriously magical. At 66, my skin's been through a lot, but this cream is doing wonders. Thank god for MyAlloy. When primary GYN doctors won't give HRT, MyAlloy helps. They support women who want energy and health. After 5 years, I looked pale.
