I required over 40 window treatments

I required over 40 window treatments for my home and, considering the pricing, I decided to give Just Blinds a shot. Unfortunately, reaching their Customer Service turned out to be a complex task. Despite ordering more than 15 samples and opting for expedited shipping due to the substantial volume of window treatments I needed, I only received half of the samples. After enduring a wait of over two weeks, I received an email, which, frustratingly, had no reply option, inquiring about my satisfaction with the samples. Upon calling Customer Service, I found myself on hold for over 20 minutes before being informed that they can only ship a maximum of 10 samples at a time, as per their fine print. To my dismay, they chose to disregard the rest of my order without any prior notification or explanation. The only solution offered was to reorder the missing samples and try my luck again. If this is the level of pre-sales service they provide, I am inclined to explore alternative suppliers.

I purchased custom-sized room darkening roller shades from this company, hoping for effective light blocking. Unfortunately, upon installation, I was disappointed to find that the shades were remarkably thin, allowing light to penetrate through. The overall quality was poor, and considering the $56 price tag, I felt the product did not live up to its value. In an attempt to address my concerns, I contacted their customer service to express my dissatisfaction. To my dismay, I was asked to provide pictures, which I promptly did. However, the response I received asserted that I received exactly what I ordered. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the company's customer service. Regrettably, based on this experience, I won't be considering future purchases from them. The combination of subpar product quality and unsatisfactory customer service has left me with a negative impression.

Ordered blind on November 5, expecting a prompt delivery within 3 weeks as promised. Unfortunately, my experience fell short as I did not receive my order until December 21—extending the wait to a lengthy 7 weeks. Despite reaching out on week 4 and being assured that the item would be shipped immediately, the lack of shipping updates and explanations left me feeling frustrated. To add to the disappointment, the hardware for the blinds turned out to be useless, prompting me to invest in replacements due to their mediocre quality. Overall, the delayed delivery and subpar product quality have certainly left me with a less-than-pleasant impression of the company.

Ordered the blinds but needed different sort of clamps than what came in the box since the blinds need to be held from the sides; not the top. Called customer service and they sent a new set of clamps. Took a long time for it to arrive but it’s all just fine.

Just Blinds does a great job at a very reasonable price. I've used them for a few houses and each order was good quality, easy to put up, and still works! They ship fast, and ordering online or by phone is simple and fast. They have a wide choice too.

The company is okay. However, DHL delivery was not good. They sent many notices saying Package on Hold or Exception, but didn't explain why. Delivery was late by one week according to DHL website even though the package was at the local warehouse.

Company not tellin' me they from Mexico so it took longer than I think. One package went to Oregon then Connecticut then back, takin' ova 3 weeks.
