HelloFresh is a great service. We've been using it for a while now. We get 3 meal kits a week for 2 people. The ingredients are good, especially the meats. The meal size is perfect for us. I like making the sauces and seasonings with the kits. I've learned a lot about flavoring food with HelloFresh recipes.

Forgot to pick my order, got pork in my food. Being a Muslim, I don't eat pork. I canceled my subscription, no refund needed. Contacted HelloFresh on Thursday to stop the box, suggested donating to a food bank. No action taken. Sunday, delivery on its way, called, but too late. Shocking that the company isn't connected to any food bank. Awful customer experience. Won't use HelloFresh again or suggest to others.

Simple to get ready. Well-flavored. Appreciate the minimal cleanup involved. No need to venture out to buy unfamiliar spices that may end up unused. Discovering new and interesting seasoning combinations, like the roast carrots from last night with a touch of lemon zest and lemon juice, adds a pleasant twist to the experience.

The company introduces enticing new menu additions, coupled with appealing rejoin discounts. The diverse delivery options enhance convenience, ensuring timely arrivals by courteous drivers. The meticulous packaging ensures all items are intact. The absence of reported issues regarding missing items is noteworthy. The rewards program adds an extra layer of satisfaction. A seamless suggestion would be an automatic transition to a new discount at the conclusion of the existing program, eliminating the need for manual intervention in restarting later.

Despite challenging weather conditions causing a delivery issue, Ana from Hello Fresh provided excellent customer service by promptly crediting my account for the missed order. While the delivery service faced challenges due to snow and ice, Hello Fresh's responsiveness, especially through Ana's assistance, turned the situation around positively. Although I didn't have the ingredients to cook that week, the customer service experience left a favorable impression.

The overall quality of the food is good, but there's a consistent issue with the tomatoes being too green. I've had to replace them with my own stock. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include air fryer instructions wherever possible to enhance the cooking experience.
