It's difficult to trust this company after this experience.

On the initial check, the tracking said my package was delivered before it even shipped, to some place in Port Townsend, Washington. I'm located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, so they really goofed that one up. I checked again and now it shows no info at all. I attempted to reach out to them but got no response. At the very least, this is a careless company, and I suspect I've been duped.

It's really nice that this company generously gives their products on time. I have nothing but praise for them. The goods are well-made and lovely. One small gripe though: Please don't say you're sending a mystery box and show a picture of a substantial box, then send a small clip with the dog's name!! This is confusing and disappointing. Though I may say the clip is quite nice.

I ordered one of these for my pit bull and it was very good...good material, good quality, and it fit her well...I just got another one for my small dog and am excited to receive it for him. They are really comfy for the animal and the fit does not restrict them if they pull...I really like it and would suggest it for anyone who has a puller or even if you don’t.

I thint it's nice that this company gives a lot of their stuff which comes on time. I really like it. The things are well made and nice. Just one problem, don't say it's a mystery box and show a big box but then send a small clip with the dog's name! It's confusing and not good. But the clip is quite nice, I must say.

I bought 3 harnesses and had them personalized. They are poorly made, and the Velcro comes off easily, so dogs can escape. Also, I paid for a "mystery box" gift and never got it. The harnesses came in a plastic bag.
