They're fast in finding good prices for Business Class on my route, but not helpful when I asked if it was Basic or Business Flex. It ended up being Basic with big fees for changes.

Company seems to have good communication. Had a smooth flight from Washington to Bangkok. Hoping for the same on the return trip to the USA.
