While the personalized canvas I ordered turned out amazing and made for a great gift, I must express dissatisfaction with the prolonged shipping duration. The order, placed in August, was only received in November, which felt excessively long. Additionally, it's worth noting that the company does not ship to APO addresses, which may inconvenience military personnel seeking their services. Despite the stunning product, improvements in shipping efficiency and expanded delivery options would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

Customer service be second to none! Canvas by Numbers crew really goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience from start to finish. I've ordered three custom pieces from them, all received within 3 weeks. Yes - their customs ship from China (as is the case with almost all other paint by number companies)- but CBN be very transparent about this, and their shipping timelines. All of my packages have arrived in good condition, and their products are all very high quality. Buy with confidence!

I suggest getting better brushes than the ones provided—they aren't fine enough for small areas. The guide helped, but an online version where you can highlight colors would be even more helpful, as the printed guide was hard to read.

I wanna calm down, so I thought I'd try paint by numbers like my auntie does. Found Canvas By Numbers online. Ordered 'Rose' by Alphonse Mucha. Started March 4, done March 31. It's nice. Canvas feels good, colors nice, paint flows well. Didn't need extra kit but will use it. Now painting Klimt's sunflowers. Thanks for the good stuff. It's kind of addicting!

I had been looking forward to trying this service and I’m so happy I did! I ordered a custom canvas and everything was just as promised. Really good quality! I chose a custom photo with 36 colors, hoping for more detail, but it turned out too dark. Next time, I might adjust the photo settings myself to make it lighter, or ask for their assistance!

Despite receiving the wrong painting initially, the swift resolution by Frank at "Canvas by Numbers" was noteworthy. The kit itself is decent; however, the brushes prove subpar, especially for intricate details. Although our painting isn't complete, our satisfaction stems from the commendable customer support and the overall product quality.

The canvases you send aren't fully white, which is annoying because I need to use more paint to cover them. The numbers are misplaced, making it difficult to follow. Plus, there's no guide to show what the finished piece should look like. I'm not satisfied with your product. I'll stick with Masterpiece by Numbers; they're better.

After some not so great experiences with other companies, custom by numbers really stood out to me. Even though they cost a bit more, their stuff is really good. The canvas is strong and easy to put on the frame. The numbers are easy to see, and the paint pots were all full. The final painting looked great!

I ordered a painting to help with my arm tremors. It not only helped with my therapy but also brought a lot of joy seeing the portrait take shape. I’ve gotten lots of praise for the final piece. I wish I could attach a photo here. If you want a paint by numbers artwork, I strongly suggest Canvas!

The white paint (#15) dried quite quickly in the container, but overall, the paints were smooth, and the canvas was manageable. It might be a bit challenging for beginners, but I enjoyed my time working with it. It was a lengthy project, just as I wanted—a task that required effort.

The canvas project I got was a very detailed replica of the image I sent. They offer a primer product which I really recommend. It helps the paint go on easier and with more detail. Great Customer Service that answered in less than a day.

This company is super fun! The 16 x 20 size is great for two people. Perfect for a summer project, whether outside or inside on a rainy day. The picture is very detailed. I'm happy I only got 36 colors for this photo.

I am so excited about crafts, but my shaky hands make it hard. I finished one of my 4 canvases, and it's almost perfect. The precision brushes are really worth it. Can't wait to finish the other 3.
