I like this company. As a beginner to CCTV, I purchased their DVR with a hard drive and 2 cameras, which my electrician installed. The mobile and desktop apps were straightforward to download and eventually user-friendly (setting them up always takes time). However, I encountered a problem with the timestamp showing the wrong time despite setting the correct timezone. I contacted tech support and they resolved the problem after a few days of back-and-forth. The image quality is so great (even on night vision) that I find myself watching the front of the house more than I should :)
