In my opinion, this company's practices are deceptive and should be prohibited.

The app could work more effectively with a few adjustments.

The app did not work on my phone - a Google Pixel 6a running Android 14. I replied to an email from Able and said that I wished to cancel my subscription immediatly. I was contacted fairly quickly by Able and credits to PayPal were arranged. That was a rather better experience than some others have reported on this site

Able's fitness plans left me a bit disapointed. I had hoped they'd adjust to my progress and likes. But, the workouts got boring and didn't push me enough as I got better. There's promise, but it needs fixing to fit each person's fitness level.
