I got some software and had to use this company for payment. The software wasn't what I expected, so I bought the right one. The software folks said they'd refund me, but it never happened. I had to open a PayPal dispute. They said I'd only get a refund if I closed the PayPal dispute, so I did. Even though the dispute is closed, I still haven't gotten my money back, and I showed proof of the closed dispute. PayPal thinks I might've been scammed by this company. I tried calling them, but the number is always busy. Seriously, don't buy anything if you have to pay through this company. They're like, practically crooks.
