Well-informed, understanding, and respectful. I would have given 5 stars, but I'm still not sure if my computer is completely stable; I’m hesitant to turn it off. If it’s still performing well tomorrow, I’ll consider it 5 stars. I’m somewhat uneasy about not knowing the total cost of this service; a bit more clarity would be helpful.

It sorted out my problem.
It sorted out my problem. But, before I got to Howly, I was informed about a $1 refundable payment which was okay and I said yes to it. What I wasn't informed about, though, was that I would also be charged $76. Picture my shock when I got a notification from my bank.

A gyors válasz és a probléma megoldva. De nem hiszem, hogy megéri annyit fizetni havonta, mert nem annyi problémám van, hogy eléggé ki tudjam használni!
