I placed an order last
I placed an order last December, and here I am, still waiting for it. The payment went through—my account statement shows it clearly. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times, even sent them a copy of the order with proof of payment. But guess what? No response, nada. It’s like they vanished. I’m so frustrated and don’t know what else to do. Just want my order or at least some kind of update. Feels like they don’t care about their customers at all.
