Even though I got charged without asking for the service, once I told them, they quickly gave the money back to my account.

I went for the FREE Birth Chart thinking it realy was free, but when it arrived they asked for a donation – gave 4 options – so I picked the lowest, £1, to say thanks. Then out of nowhere, they took £34.51 from my bank without me knowing. Now I keep trying to get it back. Seems that by giving £1, I was put on a FREE trial and monthly plan – I never agreed to that or saw any info about it. They keep sending emails daily asking me to shut the case, but never say anything about giving me my money back. I’ve been told all sorts of reasons but still no refund.

The subscription services are pretty poor. I signed up for a 14-day trial and cancelled my account after 7 days, but still got charged a month later. I asked for a refund, and after much back-and-forth for about an hour and a half, I did get my money back. However, they kept saying I wasn't actually entitled to a refund, which was confusing! It felt dishonest, and I would recommend being cautious when dealing with this company.

I had a membership with them last spring

I had a membership with them last spring. I went through all the steps to cancel, but I was still charged. They did give me back my money after I made a big fuss. This past month, they took out $45 again, which put my bank acct in the negative. They also hit me with a $10 fee for courtesy pay. So my bank covered the $45. I have no clue why they still had my info when they shouldn't have. I reached out to them, and they denied any charges. Then they claimed the charge was denied. After that, they said they couldn't find my account. I provided all the proof, but they just keep sending the same email asking for the same info again. I told them to stop wasting my time and just give me back my money, plus the courtesy fee, which totals $55. They just keep playing this game of asking for more info. Now I’m going to report them to the FTC. GOOD LUCK!! They should have just given me my money back! Your response is a lie. I've answered every email. I get the same email back asking for the same details again. I didn't start anything. This is the 2nd time Nebula has acted innocent, and that is so far from the truth. Everyone knows it. This is a scam site...stay away from it unless you want your bank acct drained, and they'll say it wasn't them and that you contacted them. Why would I do that?

Nebula tricked me into signing up for what I believed was a €1 one-time fee – but they hid a €39/month subscription deep in the fine print without any clear notice. I never agreed to this on purpose, and they never sent a proper alert. When I found out about the charges, they had already taken €157 from my account without me knowing. Even worse: after I canceled the subscription on their website and got confirmation, they tried to charge me three more times. This isn’t just confusing – it feels like fraud. I had to block my card to stop them. When I reached out to support, they said it was “outside their refund policy” but still offered a refund “as an exception” – which proves they know exactly what they’re doing. I’m still waiting to see if the refund will come. Until then, I highly recomend everyone avoid this company. This is not how customers should be treated.

Looks kinda shady. The site gives the idea you're just doing a single buy or trying out something for free, but it actually signs you up for ongoing payments. I got billed without knowing I was joining anything. I reached out to support and they said I'd get my money back, but later they changed that with no reason. Alot of people seem to have gone thru the same. Watch out — they don’t make things clear.

Nebula app caught my attention with ads

Nebula app caught my attention with ads, but kept freezing every time I opened it. Fees appeared: 13.67$ then suddenly 49.99$ taken without permission. Quizzes repeat the same dull questions, no useful info. Stay away from this buggy mess!

Charged?

These guys charged my account without permission. Now I have to try to get my money back. I have no account, nothing to do with these guys, and when I called, no one answered; of course.

Scammers

Scammers. Two months in a row I've asked them to stop taking money and to refund. They are refusing to refund and keep taking my money. I've had to block payments!
