Nagyon örültem mikor hazaért, ott volt a verandán ülve. Összeraktam az egészet. Egy gondom van. A belső szűrő alján volt egy lyuk, és teljesen át volt repedve. Nem igazán értem hogy történt ez, vajon gondot okozhat majd mikor feltöltöm vizzel vagy más anyagokal?

I really like the product
I really like the product, but the instructions for assembling were not clear. I had to watch the video many times. First, I couldn't tell which side of the frame was inside and outside, and the second problem was with the strange nuts for the screws.

Het product is robuust en precies wat ik nodig had, het bevatte niet zoveel wasmachine als aangegeven, maar ik had er nog wat over… er zat wat roest aan de ene kant van de as die ik moest afborstelen en er meer vet op moest doen.

Ordered goods came as requested, packaged nicely. Delivery took a bit more time than anticipated, but communication was good. I'd buy from them again.

Ik heb een Vevor vleesmolen gekocht via Fruugo, kost 3000 Nok. Binnen 6 maanden brak het!!! Het lijkt onmogelijk om een reserveonderdeel te krijgen. De kwaliteit komt niet overeen met de prijs, dus ik zal het niet aanbevelen.

Struggling with a new product that doesn’t function, we’re getting a lot of confusion. They’re sending tutorial videos on using the spark machine while we’ve already sent them videos showing the issue. Emails are ignored, and the phone line only offers an automated response saying it’s open 9-5 pm (called at 2 pm). Poor service and no one seems to address our request for a refund on an item that cost several hundred euros.

Voor de eerste aankoop beloven ze 5€ korting met de coupon code WELCOMEALL Maar deze werkt niet. Bij navraag blijkt dat deze code enkel werkt voor bestellingen boven de 139€. Maar dat wordt natuurlijk niet vermeld in hun welkommail.

Disappointing communication and delivery delay
Engaging with this service has been exasperating. My parcel lingers in Germany for 10 days, and attempts to get a response prove futile. The absence of communication about the delay is highly disappointing and leaves me frustrated.

Zeer slechte service
Heb een aantal dagen geleden een kabelstripper gekocht bij Vevor. Bij aankomst doet het apparaat helemaal niks. Aantal keer bericht gestuurd naar de klantenservice maar komen niet met een oplossing.
