When I reached out to Stylevana, they informed me that updates come only after the package arrives in the UK. I think they should clarify this for customers, but I’m satisfied with my products and the service I got.

It’s reliable, their sales and deals are great, the products are authentic, I like the free samples, and their reward system is really good—you can get discounts as you collect more points and even free products sometimes. The only thing is that orders usually take 2-3 weeks to come, but since Korean products on their site are often priced lower than other stores and I don’t need them right away, the delay doesn’t bother me. Everything I ordered arrived in good conditon and nothing was missing.

After looking at other reviews on this site, it seems like you don’t pay attention to what people are saying. I made my order on February 2nd, and today is February 12th, and it’s still "in process" without being shipped. I’m really disappointed because I’ve ordered from your site before without problems. But now it feels like you’re facing issues and still selling products without delivering them.
