I've used lfcarry for a few months now

I've used lfcarry for a few months now and I'm happy with the work. Orders are done on time by pro players like Grabriel H who's really good. But, their website has a problem where I can't tip properly. I always have to contact customer service to do it, which can be annoying. Besides that, I'd recommend them to anyone thinking about using their service.

Pros are nice, but the company promotes certain things to lure you in and then, when you’re looking forward to your purchase, the pro will inform you that it’s not part of the deal. Necrocasim plus catalyst plus 6 adept weapons plus master run. Talk about misleading claims. I got 10 ggr to begin with, and it made me mad. I wish I could share the listing from there site. They took a long time to get back to me; I waited for days before I got a real answer. It was so bad that the pro even mentioned I got cheated.

Lost all faith in this service after years of use.

I've used lfcarry many times of the years for destiny. No issues. Now I was using them for Dune awaking. Everything was all good until two days ago I used the service to farm some material while I was at work. There was a glitch in their system that put the wrong player on my account. During the hour service I paid for the player lost 273k. Solari. A vaule of almost 500 if I paid lfcarry to obtain for me. The player died 6 times in under an hour. Something that would never happen to a Dune player. All my gear was destroyed. My solari gone. I reached out to customer service that admitted ot was a glitch on their end and they would give me a free hour of material farming. What the actual f*** is one hour going to do? That amount of solari had taken me days to get. The materials to build all purple gear. Everything gone. Days and days of effort gone in one hour. A real Dune player would never let that happen. Customer service has done nothing else to help me. I've reached out many times. Over two days, nothing. I will never use this service again I can't trust a player won't do worse now that I've complained. I went for a loyal customer to never using them again. Over 1 hr service and a glitch they don't want to fix. Be careful.

Service got me BANNED from Destiny 2

I had a very frustrating experience with LF Carry that I need to share. I placed an order specifically for the Dessert Perpetual Contest Final Boss Kill. However, without my consent, they also placed an order for the entire raid. Initially, I was assured that the unnecessary order would be canceled, but it never was. To my surprise, both the service I wanted (the final boss kill) and the service I didn't want (the entire raid) were completed without me even providing my login details. I suspect the same person who completed the final boss kill also handled the unnecessary raid service. When I requested a refund for the order I never wanted, they refused, claiming it couldn't be refunded because it was already completed. This is incredibly frustrating since I did not authorize that order in the first place. To make matters worse, shortly after this ordeal, I was hit with a ban wave and subsequently banned from the game. Now, LF Carry is saying they will wait until I hear back about my ban appeal before addressing my situation. This entire experience has been disappointing and confusing. I do not recommend LF Carry based on my experience.

BANNED AND THEY OFFER SHOCKING COMPENSATION

Used them for many years with no issues on the 6th Jan, one of their players used a hack and got my 14-year-old Destiny 2 account banned, and I lost all my collections, triumph scores as well as access to the game. I had to create an alt account to rebuy Destiny 2 and all Expansions. They were investigating for 8 days I found the hacker in 15 mins. So for 3x 2030 Light Level Characters, 4500 hrs in-game time, 4300 in collections, 136000 Triumph Score, and over 1,000 Euro worth of game expansions, silver, and season passes since I played the game before it was free to play. They offer me this as compensation €15 Salvations Edge Riad €39 Slayers Fang and All Perks €?? Final Shape Legendary Campaign €12 Trials of Osiris Flawless €39 Prismatic Subclass Full Unlock €15 Outbreak Perfected Exotic Pulse Rifle €15 Whisper Of The Worm Exotic Sniper Rifle I am disgusted by this its a drop in the ocean in comparison to what l had spent and how much time I put into this game.

Constant AI loop - VERY DISAPPOINTING

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I had orders with this group in the past years ago and they were fine. Major issues now. One order couldn't be completed in a timely manner so they told me they'll give me back $50 USD in credit; seemed reasonable at first except no mention credit "burned" after a certain period. So I lost $50 USD already. Now I've got an order which I've been asking for a refund for nearly a MONTH. Sure no problem, right? Nope. Constant excuses about it has been "escalated", problem with the processing, how about an alternative (i replied with my choice but no response), and now they won't return my requests for an update. Nothing. Just took my money. Reach out to me; i have the screenshots to prove my claims and show that I was patient and never rude. Don't go with LFCarry when there are so many other alternatives. Posted in other review sites. This isn't right. I'll update this review if that day of rectifying the problem ever comes.

False advertisement. Terrible customer service. Pros don’t take orders

First it takes all day to accept an easy order like boosting light level. They have a bot saying “ sending to highest priority” to not for me to wait 4 hours later with the bot giving the same response. They also promised a high dollar order for $1 for the inconvenience I faced when trying to place an order they apparently didn’t offer anymore. I paid the $1 for the service and then they said “ sorry this was a bot error, we cannot provide that service” they then deleted the chat to try and keep me from screenshotting the chat and accusing them of false advertising. Avoid this company. I’ve been waiting hours for customer service to respond and nothing. Pro players take days to accept orders. Customer service offers false promises. I have screen shots for anybody wanting proof. They tried to delete the chat as quick as they could so that there wouldn’t be proof but I got the pictures before they snapped it off.
