Я користуюсь страховкою від Гейко для авто вже 4 роки і не маю жодних нарікань. Всі документи оформлюються швидко, процес реєстрації зручний, а звернення по страховці через незначне пошкодження на дорозі пройшло без проблем. Також є можливість заплатити за півроку одразу і отримати знижку.

Минулого року GEICO підняв мою страховку на авто на 78,32%, поскаржившись на зростання витрат зі свого боку. Тільки що вони піднли тариф для мене ще на 15%. Бездоганна історія водіння протягом понад 25 років і лояльність клієнта абсолютно нічого не значить для цієї компанії ... це просто жадібність.

I’ve been out of work and admitted in the hospital dealing with Kidney Cancer during this time my policy went into cancellation status. I reached out to Geico to see if there was anything that I could do that I just got released today and my policy is about to cancel and they said unfortunately there’s nothing they could do. I’ve been a loyal customer with them for some time now and this is the loyalty I get. I see they’re all about money and no concern for their loyal customers it’s definitely time to make a change in insurance. Very Disapointed!!!!

But when it came to dealing with GEICO, it was not good. It was so bad that I switched my insurance company. They offered me less money than I expected, discouraged me from getting a rental car, and seemed like they were trying to take advantage of people who don't know much about insurance. This seems particularly unfair given the nature of the accident, which was beyond my control – a tire explosion, not an outcome of poor judgment or impairment. It's worth noting that, in my 36 years of driving, I have never been involved in an at-fault accident. Geico's handling of this situation raises concerns about their commitment to fair and lawful customer dealings. Regrettably, I cannot rely on them to stand by their clients during unforeseen events. As a result, neither I nor my family will consider Geico for any future auto or home insurance needs.

I’ve been a customer for around 15 years but got fed up with the yearly increases that always went higher than inflation. I never made a claim and had a clean driving record. Two years ago, I left Geico for a bigger company that gave me a rate 20% lower. Bye bye Geico, I’m done with your ridiculous explanations for raising my rate every year!

Then, this "agent" says... "The policy we set up isn't valid anymore, and you can't reapply for 6 months?" No problem, Geico, I won’t be returning. Geico's agents are a joke, they don't seem to know anything about insurance at all.

Geico's claim process was awful. They valued my 2017 Accord at only 12k! They wanted me to use after market parts for repair. They kept lowering the car value to total it out. Hard to reach, lied, ripped off body shop. Huge out of pocket costs. Rude and deceptive, backdated rental charge, added distant driver, rates tripled. Back with Progressive for good service. Never again with this serpent/salamander bs.
