Victor, the suport person, was always sure of himself when helping us with our Frontier flight tickets. He even made sure we were checked in before handing over the boarding passes! Even when I kept worrying and asking over and over about when I would get them, he stayed patient and kept helping. I am giving 4 stars, not 5, only because the wait for the passes made me nervous. But later I found out it wasn't Victor or his company’s fault, it was the airline’s. I would ask for Victor’s help again, for sure.

I bought my ticket 5 days before the flight and started to get anxious becuase I had to wait until the day before the flight to get my e-ticket. The reservation was canceled less than 2 hours before departure, causing us to almost be stranded at the airport on Thanksgiving. When I called back, they tried to charge some Texas tax for their mistake.

Scam! “Good” reviews are fake!

I was shopping for airline tickets, and a price came up on airfare watchdog, through flyodeals.com that seemed too good to be true. So I looked them up online and saw tons of warnings and bad reviews, however, be careful, because there are also a lot of good reviews that, oddly enough, sound very similar to each other. They are obviously fake positive reviews. That’s why on certain websites they have a good score, but they are a scam! There are so many stories of them scamming people. I knew it was a red flag when, as you book the ticket, they say it is in process and the price won’t finalize until later. Normally, tickets are booked right away. So I took the money out of my account so they couldn’t charge it and did some research. It turns out that they call you the next day and tell you the price went Up . And they quote you an exorbitant amount of money, but they tell you oh we can do it for just $100 more, for example. And when you try to cancel, they say oh we will do it for $50 more. But don’t do it because there have been many issues, as I have read, where people, at the airport are told that the tickets aren’t valid or they never receive the tickets in the first place. These scammers are not in based the country, it appears that they are in India. Luckily, I was able to cancel and didn’t give them any money. As I canceled, they started getting frustrated and belligerent. You never see this company on Skyscanners, Expedia, Kayak, Booking.com, etc., just Airfare Watchdog, so be careful! They are not legit! Stay away if you see flyodeals.com pop up on your flight search!

Scam.

This is absolutely a scam. My wife tried using this because of the cheap price, and booked her ticket. She got a booking email, that also instructed us to call them. So we did. A few times. No answer. Voicemail was full. Per the email, she was supposed to check in at the ticket counter for her tickets. Nothing out of the norm. A while later they called us saying there were no flights available for what we had booked, and had to schedule something else. The guy kept trying to send her to Washington DC instead of Seattle, WA. So after about 10 minutes of that, they had flights.... but were all about 3 times more that what was advertised. The excuse was "in the email it says prices may change." He had that answer queued right up. And the 2 hour window when we called, 5 minutes after we got the email from them telling us our booking info, and to call, happened to be when no employees work in the office. We called around 6PM. They called us at 9PM. Her flight was supposed to leave a 6AM. Basically they will tell you that you have booked your flight, email you your booking itinerary 12 hours from departure, contact you 9 hours before departure saying they do not have what we booked, so you will be forced to pay a much, much higher price for what they do have. They are a company that will scam you, and ruin your trip.

DO NOT BUY — THIS IS A SCAM. I purchased last-minute flights from this company after seeing a “special offer.” After I paid, they contacted me to say the offer was no longer available and pressured me to accept a higher price. Because I had already paid for hotels and excursions, and the new price was still below airline rates, I reluctantly agreed. They assured me that once payment was completed, the flight tickets would be emailed to me. That never happened. I never received any tickets, and as a result, I lost all the money I spent on my trip. I have repeatedly contacted them, and they continue to claim that a refund is coming, but there is no confirmation and no timeline. At this point, it is unclear whether I will ever get my money back. I have no choice but to report this company to federal authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

They sold me airline tickets but I never received them. When I called they continued giving me different times that I was going to receive the tickets but they never came through. I called over and over again and they repeated themselves. When I told them I want my money back they told me I have to wait for some e to call me back the next day and when I told them I was not going to wait and I was going to report them to the fraud department they told me to hold on and didn’t come back to the phone. I called again and they said I have to wait until the guy called me or emails so they can reimburse me. They are thief’s and stilling from people. Please do not use this website as you will be another victim. They don’t even deeerve a one star but is required one is chosen in order for the review to go through.

On August 2nd I bought my ticket, they never sent me a confirmation when I called they told me they had no seats they made me pay a difference, I paid it then they told me they were going to send me a confirmation email and I never received it on August 5th 2024 I called again and they told me that the airline canceled the flight and that there is another option, there began the horror story they had me on the phone for more than 1 hour and they told me I had to wait 1 more hour until the call was hung up! In short, they scammed me and I didn't even have a ticket .... So please do not do business with this company they are scammers..... I was attended by a guy named Edward and then supposedly the supervisor and the strangest thing is that they all had the same voice!!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM — SCAMMERS! They will tell you lies. They promise that you’ll receive your e-ticket within 24 hours, but that’s absolutely false. I waited patiently, and still received nothing — no ticket, no confirmation, no follow-up. By the time I realized what was happening, it was already the day of my flight. I was forced to pay way more just to get another ticket last-minute. Their false promises caused a lot of stress and unnecessary expense. I’m extremely disappointed with the service. This is not a reliable company — they mislead customers, give out false information, and fail to deliver what they promise. I wouldn’t recommend booking through them to anyone. You’ll just end up wasting time and money. Avoid them at all costs!

Scam! Do not trust this company

This is a complete scam. The only way they are getting a 5 star review is if they are rating their own company with fake people. I had 3 tickets booked for a vacation that my kids and I desperately needed. I was told a time they would arrive via email and the never came. I called and was told it overbooked and that I needed to pay more for the next flight. Dumb me did. The tickets never arrived. I called again, they said I could get on a different flight the next day. I declined and was offered a reimbursement. I'm going to assume it will never come. I have flagged their transaction as fraud with my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They are not legit. This company is a scam!

Don't do it!!!

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! I was skeptical to book our tickets through this website. the prioce seemed too good to be true. As soon as I booked and paid, I got an email that my reservation was on hold. I called the next day and spoke to someone who said that flight was sold out but they could get me on another flight at the same times for $200 more. My gut said no. The man swore up and down that it was not a scam when I told him I thought it was. I then asked to speak to ****. He got on the phone and assured me it was legit. I could not throw any more money away. I walked away disappointed that I believed this company would be honest and deliver.

SCAM

I paid for my flight March 5 left on the 8th to Birmingham from fort Lauderdale FL round trip. Cost $529 for 1 adult and 1 child. I paid out of pocket for my first flight which they only reverse half credit. I was supposed to leave March 9 to return because I am only visiting for a funeral. March 9th came and my ticket still didn't work. They requested I provide the card used on file which Flyodeals uses a company card that shows up as FRAUD! I've been more than patient I suppose to Leave Sunday and it is now Tuesday and I had to report the company to get a refund and I STILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR A FLIGHT BACK HOME!

I booked through them thinking it was a great deal only to be called and told oh that prove is sold out it sill be more expensive, NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever, they don't send tickets until night before your flight they don't even book the flight until the night before, my return flight is proof of that, then they had to rebook that and we get to the airport only to be told it was flagged as fraud. Called they had to book us on ANOTHER flight we spent 6.5 hours at airport stranded, I do NOT recommend using this site at all

Les compré un vuelo y me lo cambiaron en tres ocasiones. Hasta llegué a ir al aeropuerto y allí mismo me dijeron que no estaba confirmada. Te consiguen vuelos pero no los compran hasta el mismo día si hay asientos disponibles y si no hay te cambian el vuelo. Les pedí el dinero de vuelta y me dicen que en 14 días me lo devuelven. Sin pésimos como servicio al cliente. El modo de hacer las reservaciones no es confiable. Yo viajo de 2 a 3 veces al año y con otras compañías no me había pasado nunca. No los recomiendo.
