Hey- I made my trade and then moved the XMR to my other wallet. On the Send, it just showed a short message saying "Sent" and there was no follow-up info while it was sending. I can't find any history showing that it was sent or where it went or any other details?

I can't say much about the app, but so far, I haven't had any problems with it. It's been working just fine.

My experience with the company was alright. I put in some USDT, but it didn't show up right away. Had to talk to support. After a few hours, it appeared in my account, not sure if support helped or it just fixed itself. Then, I made a smooth deal with another user in escrow. The website could be better though. No alerts when you get money. Sometimes, you end up on Russian pages just by clicking around. Weirdly, there's no sign of getting USDT in my bitpapa account, but I can see the deal where I sold it in the History section. Also, I got $xxxx.54 but traded only $xxxx (the whole number) since they don't allow decimals. Supposed to have $0.54 left, but it's nowhere to be found. I might not use the site again. It's too shaky for me. Shouldn't have to bug support to get my cash, and it's missing important details like deposit info and my small leftover balance. One good thing though, support replied fast and escalated to the tech team, but I never got an update from them. 3/5. Overall okay, but got some serious issues.

Well, I don’t know much about the app, but since I started using it, I haven’t faced any problems so far.

I sent Ethereum to my Bitpapa wallet to exchange it for cash, but it's been 3 months and the transfer still hasn't shown up in my account. Support either tells me they're looking into it or doesn't reply at all. I would not recomend using this service.

Avoid this company. I opened an account today and put in $250, but then my account got blocked from making any transactions. I reached out to customer support, and they made me verify my phone and ID, which was fine. However, the ID verification wouldn’t work; the button was unresponsive. After that, they unlocked my account, and I made a deal with a seller for Revolut. The seller wanted me to send a payment link, and right after I did, my account got banned. I can’t log in anymore, and I lost my $250 just for trying to follow the seller’s instructions. That’s two times in under an hour I lost access to my deposit. The platform and sellers seem like scammers. STAY AWAY. They also want to charge $60 to take out $250. If they fix my issue, I might change this review, but the live chat couldn’t help me at all.
